In the spring of 2020, Utena embarked on a mission to adorn itself with symbols of happiness. Among these symbols is “The Tile of Happiness”, showcasing a horseshoe forged by a blacksmith, bearing the inscription “The Capital of Happiness”. The tile is positioned in Utenis Square, a symbolic location that, before the Soviet Era, was bustling with markets, carts, and the clattering of horseshoes. This symbol of happiness was crafted by Vytautas Šemelis.
