A park that was born as a result of the initiative led by the Kuktiškės community. In 2005 and 2008, The square of Kuktiškės district administration – Kuktiškės department of the Utena Culture Centre was decorated by 12 sculptures. On the shore of the pond there are three roofed poles created by Stasys Karanauskas, an artisan and wood sculptor, and three sculptures created by Valentinas Šimonelis, a sculptor from the Utena region, to commemorate the anniversary of the town of Kuktiškės.
