The gallery is located in the premises of Utena Cultural centre. Contemporary art, photography, local artists’ personal and anniversary exhibitions, as well as annual exhibitions, concerts and creativity evenings are held in here. The gallery seeks to introduce Utena town and district people to the works of famous Lithuanian artists and photographers, present the latest works of Utena’s creators and young artists. Attention is paid to the promotion of Utena artists' initiatives.
